Essentials of Game Theory
for Political Science and Economics (work-in-progress)

Introduction
This is still a work-in-progress project. Comments welcome.
This is a concise introduction to game theory written in preparation for my PhD studies in political science. It is designed as a revision book for researchers who have already completed at least one game theory course at either undergraduate or graduate level and are interested in economic and political decision-making. Therefore, this book is not a substitute for a formal course or textbook.
This book is intended for researchers reviewing game theory. The focus is the key definitions, concepts, and methods for finding equilibria in strategic games. Readers are encouraged to skip familiar topics and focus on the material most relevant to their needs. For simplicity and conciseness, this book includes only essential examples and omits exercises.
